DC Care Services – located in Perth, and provide support to people with disability

We provide Supported Independent Living services, Home and Living (SIL), Short Term Accommodation, Clinical nursing care, Individual Community support and participant engagement services.

Our Support is based on person-centred approach to empower people to achieve their goals and live the life to the fullest. We ensure each home is set up to suit the needs and personalities of the people who live there. We comprehensively review individuals needs and their personality when considering where they might live.

We start by taking our individuals wishes for their accommodation into consideration, which enables us to craft support services tailored to their preferences. This approach gives the individuals greater choice and control over the services they receive and allows us to design specialized disability service plans that align to each person’s unique aspirations and goals.

We are about empowering our participants so they can take complete control in making their life choices as we do what we love to do; providing quality services.

Importantly, we warmly encourage families to actively engage in the process of shaping plans for their loved ones.
